Summaries are prepared with AI assistance; nothing is published without editorial approval. How it's made
News and research summaries are prepared with AI assistance from selected sources; every figure and claim is matched to its source, and anything that does not match is not published. AI drafts the “Our view” sections, which Atasun Kaşbaş edits and approves. An AI desk editor (Anthropic Claude) handles language and sourcing fixes on drafts; approval always rests with Atasun Kaşbaş. Award and event listings are compiled through an AI-assisted scan. Every piece links to its original source, and source text is never reproduced wholesale. News images are AI-generated illustrations of the story, not real photographs of the events described.
The English edition is an AI-assisted translation (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) of the approved Turkish original. Each translation is checked against the original for figures, names and links, and is reviewed for language quality before it goes live.
The Opinion section sits outside this process. Pieces there are published under their authors' own names, and the views are the authors' own.
