What's happening
Türkiye's Lovemarks, the study by MediaCat and Ipsos, has once again named the country's most loved brands this year. The top brand changed in the coffee and fuel categories. In the same study, a higher share of women than men considered the leading brand indispensable in 14 of 15 categories.
Behind the number
Ipsos conducted Türkiye's Lovemarks 2026 under MediaCat's leadership. The study was completed through telephone interviews with a nationally representative sample of 2,000 participants aged 15–55, with a balanced mix of women and men.
Whose desk it lands on
The loyalty program lead. If you work in a category where young customers are less attached than older ones, at which touchpoint are you winning over young customers?
Our view
The CX Brief's interpretation, not a claim made by the source.
In 13 of 15 categories, 15–24-year-olds are less attached to the leading brand than people over 45; the two categories where their attachment is stronger are online food ordering and e-commerce, both led by a digital service platform. This suggests that young people's brand attachment is built through frequent, repeated everyday use.
