Our view
The CX Brief's interpretation, not a claim made by the source.
The gap between organizations on the list and companies that do not meet the certification standard does not show which practice improves women's experience; it shows what goes together in good workplaces. The comparison is between organizations that meet the certification standard and those that do not, and the same organizations score high on both fairness and recognition.
