Oracle adds five AI agent applications to customer experience software
The applications cover sales, service, field operations and quoting (CPQ); each step is limited by the customer's own permissions and approval rules.

What's happening
According to Customer Experience Magazine, Oracle has added five applications to its Fusion Cloud Customer Experience software that run on the Fusion Claw engine, which lets agents carry out multi-step work. The applications are part of a 25-app set that Oracle made available across its Fusion suites at an event in Las Vegas.

The announcement includes no pricing for the five applications. Yet Oracle told investors in June that it was moving to outcome-based pricing across its entire application portfolio. Buyers still don't know which pricing model will apply to these five applications.
