Freshheads: 34% of Dutch decision-makers don't know how many actions agents perform on their platform

In a September 2026 PanelWizard survey commissioned by digital platform agency Freshheads, 44% of respondents also don't have a clear idea of how far agents will be able to act independently on the platform in the future.

Half are unsure about their data — Freshheads: 34% of Dutch decision-makers don't know how many actions agents perform on their platform. Two human figures facing each other from either side of a bridge split down the middle; severed cables hang in midair in the gap.

What's happening

According to CustomerFirst, 51% of the Dutch decision-makers in the survey commissioned by Freshheads say their data and processes are not structured well enough for new technologies such as AI. Only 14% say their data is fully and reliably structured for AI applications. At 40% of organizations, this structuring is either not in place at all or only partly in place.

Our view

The CX Brief's interpretation, not a claim made by the source.

According to Freshheads co-owner Wout Withagen, organizations spent years investing mostly in the front end of their platforms. Agents, however, look not at the interface but at data, APIs, and integrations; only 14% of the decision-makers in the survey say their data is fully structured.
