Jet2 signs agentic AI deal with Adobe for 10 million myJet2 customers
The UK's largest tour operator has signed a multi-year deal with Adobe aimed at bringing agentic AI to the myJet2 customer experience.

What's happening
Through a multi-year agreement with Adobe, Jet2 aims to bring agentic AI into the customer experience it offers its 10 million myJet2 customers. According to the annual results the company released in July, myJet2 membership rose 45%, from 6.4 million to 9.3 million, and 30% of Jet2holidays bookings were made through the app. The two figures come from different dates: the 10 million is from the deal announcement in September, the 9.3 million from the annual results in July.
Whose desk it lands on
The executive responsible for the mobile app and membership program at a travel company. Which task will we hand over to the AI agent, and which customer metric will we use to track the result?
Our view
The CX Brief's interpretation, not a claim made by the source.
The two figures in the source point in opposite directions: according to Adobe's US data, traffic from AI to travel sites grew 194% year over year in May, whereas according to ThoughtSpot only 10.6% of UK consumers trust AI brand or product recommendations. Against that backdrop, Jet2's move to bring AI into its own customer experience is a logical way to proceed: where customers place little trust in AI on its own, trust is easier to build in a channel they already use.
