Our view

The CX Brief's interpretation, not a claim made by the source.

Finding budget for AI is no longer the hard part; the hard part is showing a financial return on the spending. According to the report, 56% of teams that could prove value received budget increases, while the figure was just 37.5% for organizations taking value on faith. Proof shapes not only today's project but also the next budget round.
